"Our experience with Affordable Moving was great.  We had just come off a bad experience with a major carrier so were not looking forward to another move.  Unfortanely we needed to inventory everything coming out of our storage facility and I was worried about the added time this might take.  Angela and her team worked with me to give us a great rate.
When Andrew's team showed up at the storage facility they were informed and ready to work with us.  Andrew's leadership was key to the move being successful.  His team was great and they followed where he led with smiles on their faces.  As the day progressed, they called in another team to bring a 2nd load and help with the setup of the furniture.  A shout out to Marcus who repaired our speaker stands that were wobbly.  It's the little extras like that, that make these folks stand out.
It was a super hot day when we moved.  Andrew always let us know when the team was taking a well deserved break.  I have used other movers who were taking smoke breaks every 30 mins but not these guys, they worked!
These movers were recommended to me and I would highly recommend them to you."

"We cannot believe what a great experience we had with Angela & Leslie in the office, Tom, Chad & the crew.  It was the best choice for  our move from the first moment dealing with ongoing date changes, procuring a rental vehicle to Tom's visit for an estimate to Chad & the team's professional move!  They are a family owned business & certainly show their dedication to excellent customer service at every step of the way.

“There are not enough kind words to describe this company. After my mother in law passed away last month, my husband and I flew down from NJ and my brother in law and his wife flew out from WA. We had so many arrangements to take care of, including clearing out her house. There were some items we each were sending home, yet we only had a few days to arrange this. TOM TO THE RESCUE! He showed up on Monday to give us an estimate and we asked if there was any possible way to pack and arrange shipping the same day since we were all flying home the next day and he made it happen. Who would have thought it was possible? Three shipments were organized and as of Friday, everything was delivered in perfect condition. Thank you so much for making a very difficult time a little bit easier. You guys were a true blessing to us.”

“Affordable Moving was a Godsend in helping us with moving information. Angie went above and beyond in searching out options and arrangements for a long distance move. As it turned out we had a change of circumstances and did not need to complete the moving arrangements. Angie was most gracious with our cancellation. In this day and age it is nice to work with a company offering great customer service.

They sent a person to do an actual estimate, I think that’s a huge plus. In addition, they are flat rate company meaning if they quote you $500, it will be $500.

On moving day they called about 35 minutes before, just as they said they would. My move had many plastic bins (totes) and they were able to move them very quickly. We had office desks and chairs along with a bed room set. We also had a glass dining room table and a living room with couch and two chairs; all were moved (almost everything was wrapped) without incident.

I also had a small collection of odd shaped items and some large wall art, they too were moved safe and sound.

I did have to pay a premium for our move to location because it is on the second floor but that was fine with me and clearly explained during the estimate.

The “guys” were all friendly and very open to my questioning and coordinating during the move.

I expected the move to go fairly quick due to the large number of (stackable) bins and only two or three cardboard boxes, but they exceed even my expectations.”
